Distinguished Professor Antonio Cortijo Ocaña Received the Title of Claustral d’Honor de la Universitat d’Alacant

We are proud to share that Distinguished Professor Antonio Cortijo Ocaña, our esteemed colleague and renowned scholar in Medieval Studies, Mediterranean Studies, Catalan Studies, and Iberian Studies, has received a prestigious international honor.

In Fall 2025, the University of Alicante will host a special ceremony to confer upon him the title of Claustral d’Honor de la Universitat d’Alacant (Honorary Faculty Member of the University of Alicante). This well-deserved recognition celebrates Professor Cortijo Ocaña’s exceptional scholarship and his remarkable contributions to international academic exchange.
