The Lusophone World Club would like to extend a warm welcome to our first meeting of the year in the Center for Portuguese Studies (Phelps 3206) on Thursday, October 24, from 4:30 to 6:30pm.
Our discussion and activities will center around a recent international hot topic: the Amazon rainforest. Accommodating all levels of speakers, conversation will be accompanied by a trivia session. Come meet fellow lusophone enthusiasts on campus, as well as members of the program, and indulge in a few beijinhos and brigadeiros—some of the best Brazilian confectionaries. All are welcome.
